THOMAS A. HUCKFELDT, CMC
PRINCIPAL
Thomas
Huckfeldt, principal of Strategic Growth Consultants, has acquired a
broad range of consulting experience during his twenty-four years
as an advisor to senior management. As a general consultant and a
project manager, his client work includes successful projects in work
analysis and performance evaluation, organizational redesign, service
improvement, cost reductions, and work measurement. As an advisor on
facility related issues, he has extensive experience with financial
institution facility planning studies. His particular expertise focuses
on service delivery evaluation, space/staff planning, competitive market
research, financial impact projections and long range strategic service
delivery master plans.
Mr. Huckfeldt has a B.S. degree in
Public Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and has
completed graduate courses in computer data management at Webster
University in St. Louis. He has been designated as a "Certified
Management Consultant" (CMC) by the Institute of Management
Consultants.
